What are the Hotel's cancellation policies?
We know that the situation is currently very uncertain and we are here to help. If you made your reservation on our website, you can reschedule your stay until the end of 2020. For booking new reservations, we apply flexible conditions. Send us an email and we'll take care of everything.

Which credit cards do the Hotel accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diner and JCB cards.

Under what conditions will the credit card be charged?
If it is a non-refundable booking, your credit card will be charged.

What is the hotel's pricing policy for children?
At Corpo Santo Hotel we have Superior Rooms and Family Junior Suites, which can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children. In double rooms we allow an extra bed. For children under the age of 6, no additional costs apply. For children over 7 years old, the additional fee is 30% of the total stay.

Are all taxes included in the room price?
VAT is included. Tourist tax is not included and must be paid upon check-in. The tourist tax is €4 per person, per night, up to a maximum of €28 per person per stay, applicable to guests over 13 years old.

The Porter Bistrô restaurant is open for breakfast from 7.00 am to 11.00 am and for lunch and dinner from 12.30 am to 11 pm.

Take the red line (direction S. Sebastião), change at Alameda station to Linha Verde and get off at Cais do Sodré station.

How to get to Corpo Santo Hotel if you take the Aerobus?
There is an aerobus every 20 minutes. Get off the bus at the Cais do Sodré stop (10).

Is it possible to rent bicycles and/or a car from the Hotel?
