In our continuous journey towards sustainability, we are proud to announce that we have obtained the EcoLabel certification. This environmental excellence label recognizes our relentless commitment to sustainable practices and reducing the environmental impact of our activities. The EcoLabel certification, awarded to companies that meet strict environmental criteria, is proof of our effort to not only respect but exceed expectations in terms of sustainability. - Allow up to 12 hours per year for training;

- Reduce water consumption by 10% by 2030;
- Encourage guests to reduce laundry service consumption by 10% by 2030;
- Encourage employees to reduce water consumption.

- Reduce electricity consumption per occupied room by 10% by 2030;
- Decrease gas consumption per guest by 5% by 2030.

SDG 8 | Promote economic growth

- Have only 20% of employees in outsourcing;
- Raise awareness among employees about sustainability through training;
- Reduce workplace accidents by 10% by 2030;
- Have 40% of employees on permanent contracts by 2030;
- Decrease turnover to 25% and increase the new employee retention rate to 75% by 2023.

- Reduce food waste by 5% by 2030;
- Decrease chemical product consumption by 5% by 2023;
- Increase the amount of recycled materials by 5% by 2030;
- Local purchases to account for 70% of total hotel purchases by 2030.
